UNISHKA is a worldwide alliance dedicated to fostering ethics and integrity in government, business, and civil society.
UNISHKA created Systems Integrity Development™ (SID) to address internal control weakness and human factor deficiencies within an organization. Unlike Vulnerability to Corruption Assessments that uncover corruption, SID identifies existing and potential corruption risks, analyzes those risks, and then develops contextualized reforms to facilitate sustainable change.
UNISHKA brings together a diverse team of experts across multiple disciplines, ranging from anti-corruption specialists and corruption research analysts to open-source investigators, governance experts, and business process management experts, among others. Our team leverages deep expertise to provide insights, solutions, and strategies tailored to complex challenges in governance, transparency, and organizational efficiency.
With a truly global footprint, UNISHKA’s experts are strategically located across Africa, Central America, Central and South Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, enabling us to offer localized knowledge, cross-regional perspectives, and context-specific solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients worldwide.
UNISHKA is a social purpose organization that provides consulting and research services to government, business, and civil society organizations. We render professional services that are mission-focused and contextualized to local environments.
Since our founding in 2005, we have built a consortium of leading legal advisors, scholars, scientists, and financial experts dedicated to confronting corruption by gathering and sharing critical knowledge on economic, military, legal, and political issues.
What began as a regional initiative has evolved into a network of more than 80 professionals spanning the globe. Together, we provide clients with exceptional access to decision-makers, institutions, and organizations at the highest levels.
At UNISHKA, we hold ourselves and our clients to the same unwavering standards of ethical conduct, ensuring that every partnership strengthens transparency, accountability, and trust in the communities we serve.

At UNISHKA, we lead initiatives that support communities and advocate for values that foster transparency and resilience. These initiatives are usually self-funded and operate as non-profit projects through which we aim to meaningfully contribute to society. Below are some of our ongoing efforts.
At UNISHKA Research Service, our OSINT Toolkits for Countries initiative was created to support those on the frontlines of transparency—journalists, activists, and engaged citizens. By offering country-specific resources, we hope to make open-source anti-corruption work more accessible and effective. We are humbled by the positive response from the open-source community and deeply grateful for the collaboration and support we’ve received. All toolkits are freely available on Substack and shared openly across social media so they can reach everyone who needs them.
The Rose Still Blooms initiative is led by one of our female Afghan partners, a native speaker of both Dari and Pashto.
