Anti-Corruption Program Development
Anti-Corruption is founded upon a culturalized policy that guides an integrated strategy and is promoted by a robust legal framework. Successful anti-corruption projects follow the establishment of policy, strategy and legal framework. At UNISHKA, we help guide the development of those foundational instruments as well as implementing operational projects: capacity development and investigative. Our capacity development methodology adopts a holistic approach to anti-corruption, balancing both academic knowledge and practical tools of implementation. Our investigative methodology uses a culturally sensitive and pragmatic approach to evaluate leaders, leadership, systems and procedures to insure that our findings and conclusions lead to practical and useful recommendations.
Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) Capacity Development
A core function of UNISHKA is assisting Anti-Corruption Agencies in organizational, capacity, information systems, and infrastructure development- all with an operational focus. Integrating practical and academic solutions with business process management enhances both the effectiveness of the organization as well has its ability to perform its mission. Assessing organizational systems, personnel capacity and infrastructure requirements of the organization provides leadership with strategic and operational goals for improvement. Additionally, operational assessments assist ACAs to more efficiently and effectively carryout their legal mandates. Finally, UNISHKA offers strategic and operational advice to senior leaders grappling with functionally-challenged organizations or in challenging environments.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Support Services
Governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), civil society, donors, and international organizations are among a diverse stakeholder base requiring monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects, and policies against missions and objections. An M & E system is a necessary management tool to improve the way governments and organizations achieve results. UNISHKA experts assist in the design and implementation of M & E processes, working with client counterparts.
